When you buy or download from us, Gumroad handles the checkout and shares your name, email address and order details with us. We use them to give you access, send updates you asked for, answer your emails and keep tax records. Card details stay with Gumroad and we never see them.

If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply. This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

We keep order records for six years for tax. We keep other emails only as long as we need them. We do not sell your data.

Why we can use it: to supply what you bought (contract), to keep tax records (legal obligation), to answer your emails (our legitimate interest in replying), and to send updates only if you asked for them (consent, which you can withdraw any time by unsubscribing or emailing us).

Who handles it for us: Gumroad (checkout and delivery, USA) and Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding, USA). Where data goes outside the UK, these providers use UK-recognised safeguards such as standard contract clauses.

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
